Little Black Book By Otegha Uwagba

Little Black Book: A Toolkit for Working Women is the modern career guide every creative woman needs.

Full of fresh ideas and no-nonsense practical advice, Otegha Uwagba takes you through everything you need to build a successful self-made career from money management to building a killer personal brand...'

Little Black Book is described as 'a must read guide for all creative women looking to navigate the world of work'. It really is what it says on the tin and to top it off it is an easy, digestable read which you could finish in a day if you are dedicated enough! The book is ideal for pursuing any type of creative venture whether that is a youtube channel or a podcast but definitely not limited to the creative field. It did feel as though the advice given was common sense but for me this was a slight relief because I tend to doubt my common sense and inititiave. Sometimes it is reassuring to know that your thoughts are shared and you have valid views on managing to do certain things. The most helpful chapters for me were, Ways to Maximise your Productivity & Overcoming Creative. These particularly stuck out for me because Otegha goes on to explain the bad habits some of us having and dealing with them appropriately in order to reach our best work potential.

Little Black Book is available to purchase from Wordery.
