Firstly, I would like to say HAPPY NEW YEAR. It is a blessing to see a hour, day and a new year. With every new year it is important to make new goals and targets to ensure that you are heading in the right direction and know what you want for yourself. I have my own personal goals that I keep to myself but I would like to share generic goals and make some suggestions that anyone could take on board

In order for you to reach your target/aim, you  need to be specific. See link:

Pursue a hobby/interest:
Most of us have always dreamed at being able to become fluent in a different language or learn something that is fascinating to us, so what is stopping you from pursuing something new his year ?

Spend less time on social media:
If you're anything like me you can spend a significant amount of time on social media and ext thing you know you have wasted valuable time in which you could have been doing something more productive.

Visit new places:
Just go to places that you usually wouldn't consider going to, it doesn't have to be anywhere lavish or pricey.. It could be as simple as doing a daily walk around your area. We have access to so many free spaces (museums, art galleries etc.) so why not make the most of them?

Often when I tell people I would like to lose a bit of weight and tone up the reaction is usually, "for what?" because I look slim in a lot of my outfits. I am not as slim as I may appear but because I don't always wear figure hugging clothing it is not always apparent. But regardless of that, are slim people not allowed to work out and take care of their body? There are so may health benefits to working out other than losing weight: boosting energy, improving your mood and so forth.

Write your goals down:

Lastly, write your goals down in a place that you will remember and will regularly visit so that you are constantly reminded of what you want to achieve.

Habakkuk 2:2 {God's Word Translation}
Then the LORD answered me, "Write the vision. Make it clear on tablets so that anyone can read it quickly.
